I wear Calvin Klein knit boxers size Large.
So I ordered from Essential Apparel the same knit boxer style pictured in their website photo, size Large.
I received them, a 3-pack, a few days later. But when I opened the plastic and pulled out a pair they were Gigantic. Obviously an erroneous factory production run, IRREGULAR MERCHANDISE.
Essential Apparel refuses my return and won't refund my purchase price.
Avoid Essential Apparel like the plague.

They ship IRs, not first-run goods they are selling at full price.
I ordered CalvinKlein men’s boxers, size Large, from Essential Apparel.
Their website photo was the same exact boxers that I wear.
When I received their shipment their boxers, marked “Large”, were actually XXL.
They are Irregular factory production, wrong-sized goods.
And they are not allowing a return.
MAD, BAD, AND DANGEROUS TO KNOW.

Shipping takes a while, but must be given the restrictions. Customer service is wonderful and super accommodating!

Placed order and got response that they would let me know when it shipped. Got no further response . Called and was told they were "unable to locate the item".

If you are considering Essential Apparel, be forewarned the return service and policy are difficult. Today most companies (amazon, google, even their competitor DXL Men's Apparel) offer a no question return policy and include a pre-paid ground postage sticker. Not with Essential Apparel.... you are on your own and mandates a trip to the post office. We know what a joy that is. i find this disappointing and received no additional support when giving them a call. I would look else where to do you shopping. Will not use them again and advise my friends to do the same.

I was just informed that Essential Apparel not longer prints invoices to be shipped with purchases. I had to return one-half of my order and was told by customer service that I needed to write my name/address on a piece of paper or print an email from Essential Apparel with the order information in order for them to process the return in a timely manner.

What kind of business does not include invoices/receipts with shipped orders? And then puts the burden on the customer to ensure a return is processed? They will not be getting anymore of my business...

I buy my stockings from this website because I can never find what I need locally. Prices are very good, and they sell a wide selection of hosiery and underthings. Jeans and tee shirts too, both men's and ladies. I'm always very satisfied.

I don't like the boots for the old looking, maybe someone weared it before. It is not like the pics on the websites. I had to buy a perfect one from vandresses.com. That’s the right choice.
